Meet Aisha
Aisha Elmquist is a graduate of Mounds View High School, and she and her family have called Arden Hills home for nearly 15 years. She has dedicated her career to promoting justice and improving quality of life for Minnesotans.
As a civil rights attorney and public servant, Aisha has helped families access quality elder care, housing, disability services, and mental health care. As a member of the Minnesota Association of Professional Employees (MAPE) and Middle Management Association (MMA), she experienced firsthand the importance of strong worker protections for families.
With rising costs and attempts to strip Minnesotans of their fundamental rights and vital support systems, she believes it’s essential to have strong voices at the Capitol. She’s running for State Representative to strengthen our communities and ensure that every family has the opportunity to thrive.
